Egypt:  

As we told you when Egypt's Mubarak stepped down, the "temporary" rule of the military will be just as bad. That's because THERE IS STILL NO FOOD OR JOBS! The problem has not gone away at all.

Now you see Egyptian military vehicles running down mobs in the streets. Unfortunately, civil war or violent suppression of the population are the only two possible outcomes.

Either way, this causes chaos and uncertainty in the Middle East and North Africa regions, which will:

- increase the risk premium on oil prices (thus increase oil prices)

- strengthen the likelihood of the Egyptian population supporting or protecting extremist groups

- cause American clandestine operations to provide weaponry and support

We are currently looking at a penny stock pick (or three) that will benefit from these not-so-beneficial times.

Greece and Europe:

While Europe seems to finally be taking the Greek debt issue seriously, most in North America aren't realizing that Spain, a much bigger nation than Greece, is also out of money.  It will be the next to need massive bail outs. You'll see what I mean by the end of the year...
