The Big Day:
The Federal Reserve decision to raise rates (or not raise rates) will be announced tomorrow. We've explained some of the ways in which this will affect you directly, in this short video, as well as in Peter'sMarket Outlook, and some earlier penny stock blogs.
The issues to watch if the FED does indeed raise interest rates will be:
- how do higher debt payments affect already chaotic emerging economies?
- how do higher debt payments affect America, and their already unpayable debt burden?
There could also be the potential for the stock market to take a hit in response, however we believe it will be more likely that we enjoy a relief rally, as explained here.
