Blog : The Oil Clock Wordpress Plugin Has Arrived

Last year we launched a clock which displays a countdown of how much oil is left in the world, and how much time is left until it runs out. You can see the original version here.

Now we have launched a new version of the clock as a Wordpress plugin. Check out the screenshot above!

Now webmasters and bloggers can watch the earth’s oil reserves plummet in real time on their own website. Our oil clock can be embedded on virtually any Wordpress site to display a running countdown clock showing how much longer the world’s oil supply is going to last, how much oil is left in the world, and how many oil barrels have been used so far in any given day.

It’s a cool feature that you can add to a personal website and this might even do something to help raise awareness and remind people that there is an impending oil crisis on the horizon for future generations.

The plugin can display the oil clock in a website’s sidebar as a widget, or it can be placed within a blog or static page by using a simple short code. There are also several customizable features built into the clock which allow webmasters to alter text and background colors.

So what does this mean for us as investors and what will happen to the market prices of oil over the span of the next 50 years? Well, this is the game of the millennium and if you can answer correctly you may become very very wealthy.
